Frederick White is the Founder and CEO of Xcaliber Marketing Management, built on one clear conviction: success in business should never come at the expense of success in life. His leadership philosophy blends service, self discipline and relentless personal growth—principles forged over decades of service to both country and community.

Before entering the business world, Frederick served 12 years on active duty as a U.S. Army Counterintelligence Operator, followed by 6 additional years in the Active Guard Reserve. That experience shaped his approach to leadership—mission-focused, accountable, and grounded in strategic thinking.

In parallel with his military service and professional career, Frederick spent 20 years serving the Pittsburgh community as a Pastor, guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most important moments. That calling reinforced a belief that leadership is ultimately about service—lifting others while pursuing excellence.

Today, as CEO, Frederick brings those same values into the business arena. His focus is simple and unwavering: serve the community, support the team, and build organizations that operate with Honor, Integrity, and Excellence.

Outside the office, Frederick’s greatest pride is his family. He is the husband of Magdollyn and a father of five—two sons and three daughters—a role he considers his most important leadership position of all.
